Hello Ken I watched your video and am extremely impressed on how you take your mechanical knowledge and apply it to a motor your never previously experienced. I have a 2015 CFMotto 800 motor that I would very much like to have you rebuild for me. I would be removed from the side by side and either delivered to you or shipped to you with freight costs both ways paid separate. If this is not an option I will attempt it on my own but will be paying CLOSE attention to your video. Either way thanks for your instructions and knowledge.

Didn’t hear a reason “why” you’re changing it, however my right side suddenly lost some “power” today and lost its ability to stop when I stop, in other words if I drive forward with the throttle the right side takes a moment to catch up and I had to use the left side handle to pull back, then if I stop with the throttle the right side rolls forward.. any thoughts? Already did the oil change, didn’t fix it. No breaks in anything visibly.

Can you link to the connectors that allow you to plug the new wire into the solenoid and still have the old wire connected to it? I can't find them anywhere and don't even know what they're called to search for them!

Any experience with the fuel system on a EFI GHS? In tank pump, no longer available. I've heard a '92 Lumina fuel pump might work as a replacement. Otherwise Walker suggests swapping the tank and fuel system for an external pump. Or a new unit (this is from '99 with 900 hours, homeowner used).

I wonder if the 2 set screws sticking out cause an imbalance? Couldn't we use Allen socket screws to end up with less excess weight spinning around? Love your channel!!

I have a 2020 CFMOTO 600 with over 10000 miles I have had zero problems with the engine It gets used every day. I change the oil every 1000 miles. The biggest problem I've had was the rear differential went out around 1000 miles ago but this machine has been worked very hard So I don't really blame. It has held up so much better than my 2016 Polaris that thing fell apart.

Has anyone you know of tried to pull apart a hydro pump to see what goes bad in them to rebuild?

Great hack! I need to do something fairly similar, and I happen to have a New Holland T1510 4wd with a loader, and three-point .. so I'm glad to see that a ripper will work well for this sort of thing.

Fp3 will not work with stage 2 468 cam upgrade you will need it a real tune to get the bike to run correctly tts tuner is a good option.

What gauge wire did you use? I’ve got some 18 gauge lying around I was going to sacrifice for the cause.

Need to put the airride seat on it, 100 percent worth it.

Any ideas where one might find a new cargo unloading handle??? I’ve used mine so long i forget where i bought the thing Works like a Charm though and it’s the cheaper version!!! Have a tractor with front end loader and have hauled and unloaded 13 full loads of dirt in a Short Bed Pickup… Takes some effort to get the dirt moving but it Works!!! Ive done this many times . I store newcseals and bearingsvin freezer until point of installation. Thel loosley attatch all 7/16" tube bolts attach entire housing to deck tighten thenbtighten 7/16" tube bolts then fill wilt synthetic gear oil
